Karen is a Treasure
She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something, she will write it down and find the answer. She is totally reliable, comes exactly when she says she will and her charges are very reasonable. Karen works well with my friend who wants every step explained in detail. I am the type who says "FIX IT" and pays no attention to how it's fixed. Karen does a great job with both of us without being patronizing or impatient. with computer technology at home or at work, consider calling Karen Kendall. I'm a home-based freelance writer who was given a MacBook for my latest assignment. I'm new to MacBook and I also have a vision impairment that requires me to use serious accessibility tools. I needed to get up and running quickly! Karen was able to come over the day after we spoke by phone. In less than an hour, she made my new MacBook environment totally usable and showed me how to use and adjust it. She came prepared with a cable that was needed for an external monitor. Karen is friendly and approachable and makes tech easy to understand.
